Hi Bruce,

How are things in Elizabethtown? How’s Pam? The summer is going by quickly here. Arleen, the boys, and I returned from a great two week vacation in South Florida a few weeks ago. We came across a great store in Key West that you may be interested in – Peppers of Key West. They actually had a sauce tasting bar that was absolutely awesome! I was also able to see Bill “The Sauce Boss” Wharton & the Ingredients at the Green Parrot Bar in Key West. This guy can cook – literally and figuratively! Besides laying down some blistering blues licks, he actually cooks up a vat of gumbo on stage that he shares with the audience after the show. On top of that, he sells his own hot sauces. The Liquid Summer Habanero Hot Sauce is excellent. Other than that, not much has been going on. I’m planning on seeing Keb Mo and Robert Cray (NYC) in August and Willie Nelson (Philly) in September. I hope we get a chance to tip a few together before the days get short and the cold nights get long.

Hey there Chiliman. Just to let you know that we just love your beautful chili mixtures and use them pretty much every day. They have made our life more enjoyable, and we now understand that you don't have to make things real hot to enjoy the flavours! On another matter, I have decided to be just a listener for a while, as it is now difficult to get into chat unless I am inputting stuff all the time, which is something I don't have the time to do. I feel a little unwelcomed just now. All the same, you can be sure I will look for your name on the list and will think of you and yourn whenever I see it. Thanks for the kind words Chili. I been around too long and through too much to let the little things get me down, and there all little things. Don't feel the need to defend myself anymore. Chipotle

Chili, I used some of your chipotle today in my vegetarian split pea soup !!

That soup went from so-so to super-delicious ! Next time I'll toss some chopped cilantro on top of the soup & some sliced cherry tomatoes for a real Southwestern flavour.
