Tags to non-existent categories

Quick one ... please don't create tags to categories that don't exist. They show up in red when you do a "Show preview". We're no longer doing completely free-form tags but instead trying to keep to categories with more than one member. Thanks! Jim (talk/contribs) 18:20, July 5, 2008 (AKDT)
