Wholewheat Radio, Jim and Ester, love you guys and what you are doing. After 7 years of driving tour bus in your lovely state, life has forced me to stay in Washington, at least temporary I am hoping, buying a house, medical issues, etc are forcing me away from Alaska and WWR is my one way of staying in touch with Talkeetna, one of my fav spots in the Great State, and all that I love about AK. I am a Washingtonian that keeps his memories of Alaska alive listening to WWR. Now that the sun is out here, I am outside and crank up the radio to listen to WWR while outside doing my garden, working on all my vehicles that are always in need of work. I have gotten WWR a few listeners just with them walking past my home. Love this indie radio, only radio I listen to!!!! I love the rants of Ester and Jim-Bob at noon my time here in Kendall, and an hour ahead to Talkeetna. I worked in the summers driving them slow tour buses all over AK that all the locals hate to get behind. I am presently trying to aquire a home in my name to set roots or a home base and miss AK. Will get back up and get to use the Porta-potties in the center of town again, hummmm can't wait!!!!!!!! Also thanks Jim-bob for the Wiki way, I am SLOWLY learning my way around the WWR site.

Hey this is a chipmunk I got a picture of at the Talkeetna Lodge when I took a bunch of tourists there and while they slept in their nice rooms in the hotel, I got to sleep in the wonderful Holland America employee travel trailer over by the garbage bins for the hotel.
