Spent Jan - Nov. 2005 in The Great Land. Ever since my assignment ended have missed the place intensely. A fellow colleague that I worked with in Anchorage said when people leave Alaska after an extended stay, they often feel like an Alaskan in Exile - describes my situation perfectly as I think about the 49th every day. Just discovered Whole Wheat Radio - thank you so much - helps this Granite Stater (NH) currently on assignment in MO to feel connected to Alaska - I love you guys for this site. Thank you so much.
